The only reason I went there was because I had bought a tire a few months back so I wanted to have the same tires on the front of the car. I had arrived on a Sat with an appt for 12 noon...the guy says I wont get to your car for 4 hours...WHAT???? I HAVE AN APPT ...doesnt matter if you have an appt..i changed my appt to monday...only waited 45 minutes...will never go back...worst company I have ever seen...there prices on oil are ridiculous, 40.00 for 5 qts of Mobil 1 synthetic oil...WALMART, 25.00 for 5 qts of Mobil 1 synth... read more
Very unhappy they never bother to call you the status of your car if I wouldn't of called this morning it wouldn't have been fixed and its 1:30 and still waiting very unprofessional originally brought it in for a thermostat $171 then on the way home it died now it will be $471 again OMG! Don't know how long they will keep me waiting in the waiting room :/
