Great customer care & quick service!
Horrible service took my car in for an oil change came out with a cracked oil pan now my car leaks oil. Took it back and the Manager offered to give me a good deal told me $749 was the cost for correcting the problem. Dismissing the fact that it was Pep Boys fault. My vehicle never leaked oil.
Staff is fantastic and always helpful
Friendly and fast, it looks as if they improving on the waiting area, very nice
