I brought them three different vehicles in the spring of 2018 and they did a really great job to brake jobs and a ball joint for a Toyota Tacoma my son was driving. I decided that it would be OK for them to replace the power steering fluid and get an oil change on a truck I just bought two months ago. What part of do not overfill do people not understand ? I can barely see any oil on the dipstick. Buyer beware.
Berry and Dave were very helpful with my online purchase and with adding services at my appointment. I was very satisfied with with the work and my new tires are great, Kudos to the mechanics! Keep up the great job!
I would provide 0 stars if this was an option. This is the most unprofessional and inept place you could possibly imagine to give your money to. Unless you have plenty of time to waste, don’t even go... I was suckered into going again because of a sale. FREE tires and service would not be worth the attitude of the technicians.
I just want to give a shout out to Justin and Clifford!! Thank you so much for not turning me away during closing and fixing my slate plate. I was so scared to drive it to my house and you guys took the time to look at and fix it! God bless you guys! Great service !!
I honestly wish it would let me rate it zero stars. We had an appointment at 11am to have tires installed and an alignment done. We called to see if the vehicle was finished after 2 1/2 hours and was told "its in the garage now." We were across the street at this point, and it was still where we had parked it! Their techs were standing around smoking in the parking lot but no time to fix vehicles. We were finally told that the vehicle was complete 6 hours after our appt time! 2nd time there...very unfriendly!! Used the wrong oil! & didn't use enough. As soon as we left the change oil light came on and we noticed on the paperwork they put the wrong oil in. They also didn't change out the sticker that tells you when to come back. There is a bank of windows, and there were 3 to 4 employees including the manager making fun of and cussing at another customer. Makes me sick...well' def. Go elsewhere
