went in for repair. woke up with a flat. brought in again. woke up with a flat again. demanded a patch. so far so good.
They will hold your vehicle hostage. I had a supposedly "defective" tire. they said I couldn't keep it because it was under warranty and had to be sent back. I also couldn't see the tire. $130 for a tire that is supposedly under warranty. My bad luck was having this happen the weekend my brother was working out of town. He's a local mechanic and is livid they wouldn't show proof that the tire was bad.
when you make an appointment it would be nice for it not to be two hours later and your car still not be back in the bay. I understand some maintenance takes awhile but it should not take more than two hours for my car to still not be in the bay getting an oil change.
Horrible customer service untrained employees do not visit store especially for work on your 🚙
They overcharged my mother and did work that was not needed. They also were condescending and rude the entire time I was waiting for my battery to be changed.
