RecommendedHappy with my service today! I was having some serious AC issues and it was recommended that I go here to get it looked at ASAP before things got worse. They squeezed me in quickly and were able to get my AC running better without costing me an arm and a leg, and sent me off with recommendations for further care/fixes when it's more feasible for me, including ways to help break-down payments or lower the cost. Jason especially was very helpful and super-nice!
RecommendedI had to get new tires while out of town and chose Pep Boys in Greenville, SC. They were able to get and install the tires I wanted by the next day. They also had me in before my scheduled appointment and out within an hour to include an alignment. Their customer service was top notch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.
RecommendedGuys were great to help and saved me a ton of money. I though we had a bad battery but it was tested and fine. I was happy to hear it was a glitch and provided documentation that the car was in working order. Great service!!

They are the worst! They took us to the cleaners. We told them our windshield wiper didn't work and they charged us 150 to confirm that! Then they charged is another $140 in labor to install the new motor. And it took them 4 hours to do this! and they are under construction and don't have a bathroom!!!

Booked an online appointment for an inspection for Saturday 7/2 at 10am. Show up at 9:45 am to be told that the inspection guy would not be in until 11, could I hang out until. Had some errands to run and asked would I be first in line if I was back at 11 and they guy said be here by 10:50 and I will get you set up.
