Dropped truck off for oil change this morning at 11am go to pick it up at 330 they say they still haven’t gotten to it and it’s going to be another hour. Why when you drop a car off for something every other car goes ahead of you because the person is waiting an oil change doesn’t take long.

I purchased tires online and picked up from the Pleasant Hills location in Pittsburgh on July 08 2019 between 3pm to 4pm. i went to the location today to get a copy of my receipt and they couldnt get one. Can someone get intouch with me about this
Really poor customer service. No one knows how to work anything. Managers refuse to show up or resolve and kind of issue. NASTY attitudes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
0 Stars. Estimate not given car sat there all day with nothing done. Won’t honor their own pep boys credit card. No one at the store knows how to work anything. Everyone just stand arounds around while customers wander lost. Supervisors/Mangers Bob and Doug failed to show up, honor the CC and all out horrible customer service. Used to take all my vehicles here and to avoid the frustration will spend my money else where. Tried calling customer service auto system worthless. Don’t bother with this location.
Payed 900 for a new axle and tire rods which was fine. But than I got an oil change from another place and they commented my tire rods on my passenger side were in bad condition and to change soon. I went back to pep boys and they said they didnt know which side they worked on for the tire rods and said they would waive the fee if it was the passenger side but would charge if it wasn't. Mind you this was after I got my 4 tires replaced by them but they didnt catch that the tire rods were bad after they just fixed them. Will ... read more
