I have had one of the worst experiences so far after miscommunication over the phone I took my vehicle be serviced last Thursday Oct 11th and here it is Thursday oct18th and my truck have yet to be finished ..I had one of the workers refuse to work on my truck because of a unfinished job from someone else then I had someone willing to work on it but keep getting informed that he is working on my vehicle plus other vehicle and so I have to keep playing a waiting game
I was there yesterday to buy a bulb for my headlight. I purchased the bulb . I requested that someone put it in for me. The manager came over to help me. Well he put the bulb in. Then he asked me to turn on my car � he checked all of my lights. I needed taillights also. I purchased them and he put them all in my car. I love my car � it’s a 2008 Ford Mustang. He was awesome � thank you for your service. I’m sorry but I’ve forgotten his name.

I've heard a lot of complaints about this location, however, each time I bring my car for service I am happy. The service employees are courteous and explain the services in detail. They don't pressure or lecture like some dealerships. I will continue to have my car serviced here.

Poor customer service lack of communication it took three weeks to repair my vehicle i spent 9 hours from 8:40 am to 6:00pm hoping my vehicle would be fixed for them to tell that it was not complete. In the beginning the diagnosis from the start was not diagnosed professionally i would not recommend that particular location at ALL What i needed was a air conditioner compressor and a cooling fan #SMH
Very poor customer service. I was told an hour and a half and it turned out to be 5 hours
Wait was TOO long. It took 3 hours to have an oil change done. The employees were pretty nice, but it doesn't excuse the long wait time. My appointment for drop off was scheduled for 1:00pm and I didn't get my car until around 4:20.
