Beware of their deceptive practices! My sister dropped off her car for full set tire installation. The man at the counter told her that the total price would be $816.75. When it was asked, why so much, they said it was the cost of installation, recycling fee, shop fee, and additional charges that he couldn't explain; however, he could "take it down by $50", telling her it would then be $750. Last Friday morning (11/26/21) my baefriend took the car to Pepboys for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They took FOREVER to service it. 15 minutes before closing they called to have it picked up. So he goes to pick it up and two miles into driving it, it begins to shake. He takes it back and the Marc's brothers are scrambling to figure it out but were stomped. Worst customer service and time management I have ever experienced. Had an appointment for 1:30 to REPLACE not MAKE two tires for my car and took them almost 4 hours. SERIOUSLY, find another place if you don’t want your time wasted.
I had a 10:00am appointment for wheel alignment. I arrived at 9:45. The car was not taken into the service area until 11:15am. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.
RecommendedWe got a flat tire on our way to NY from VA and Pep Boys Auto Parts & Service in Annandale were able to help us out big time and replace our tire!! I would recommend them and use their services again!
Had a 9am appt at another shop to install my brakes but was told if I bought them elsewhere I couldn't install them unless I bought them at their shop, I went over to Pepboys and they took me right away no problem. thanks Pepboys!
Good prices and almost everything you need for your car or truck
I requested a refund for tires because they weren’t able to get the lug nuts off my truck. I was told that the manager was the only one who could give refunds and he would be out for the next 2 days and for me to come back when he returned.
This location can never keep advisor. They had no respect to call me to let me know my car was ready. So unprofessional.
