If I could give them zero stars I would. This whole establishment is a complete joke all the way down to the customer service call center.
Avoid coming here!! The service staff is rude and nasty. I had an appointment for 930 I arrived 935 it was currently going on noon. I asked the front desk person what is going on her response is “just bc your appointment is at 930 doesn’t mean your car will be seen at that time” Excuse me!!! What in the hell did I make an appointment for!!! Then she proceeds to explain that they are short staff. Ok I get that but NO ONE IS COMMUNICATING!! Short handed on staff , most the workers were just walking around talking and doing no work, took 1hr to get price on tires and 3 hours to install, right rear tire pressure was low asked to check tire pressure, never put air in rear tire, very bad customer service
Set a appointment online at 2pm for 4 tires. My car didn't go into a bay till 4pm. Then when I was being checked in I told the girl who was doing my paperwork I have a full size spare and the wheel to replaced was in the trunk. She said ok and asked a little later to verify which wheel one the car was the spare. They changed the Tire on the spare which didn't have the tpms. I look at the paperwork she made no notes of this for the tech. She was gone before the car was finished. But the other person did what he could to make ... read more
Please be careful what you read on the website may not be the service you get at the shop. I made an appointment online where there is a 30 minute guarantee.. There is a catch however considering they don't make you sign anything to acknowledge service the 30 minutes will never start. Not to mention... the guy who checked me in said the 30 minute window starts once the car is pulled into the bay. Very confusing and this is why I should continue to go where I have been going but this is so close. I never learn my lesson. Hope... read more

These guys went absolutely above and beyond for me and my car, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for their service!
I will never come back to this Bitch ass store Came to get brakes fixed got here about 11:35 It's now 1:17 and Nothing I took my keys I will Never Give Your BitchAss None of my hard working Money.
