Smh... not one mini fuse in the whole store.. on top of that it looks like it's 1988 in there.. u can smell the asbestos.. throw the whole store away
went for an oil change. They told me to buy recommended filter and oil from their store and I paid 18.00 for labor done by David Allen. Car started leaking oil via filter a week later. Not going back Pep boys you were a disappointment and how do I know? took it to a vw service shop and I have the proof of your shabby job. Could have just told me you are not equipped to work on foreign cars. Still have receipts.
Been waiting over an hour now had a appointment at 4:00pm to get a battery installed, my truck is just setting there no one is working on it?
Everytime I come into this location, I have a problem. This will be my last visit to a Pep Boys location. Today, I visited the Pep Boys in Landover Hills, MD because one of the new tires I purchased from there went flat. I was assured the repair was made and the tire was balanced. I called back 45 min later because the Tire Pressure light in my car would not go off. I also noticed the tire did not look full. They got me in and out in 1 hour and I was a walk-in. Needed to have 2 tires put on, I bought the tires online and brought them with me. They didn't need to tell me anything so I only talked to them once, that was when the guy didn't know where to find the jack for my car (?). It would have been nice if he had put it back where he got it when he finished but, that's not a really big deal to me.
This place has done it again. Alternator "fixed" a few months ago left hubby stranded. Alternator "fixed" a giant by different pepboys left hubby stranded yesterday. Car towed back to this pep boys and we were told the genius who works on this type of car is on vacay. Genius calls and says it's the battery this time.
