Went for a tire replacement that had warranty and was less than a month old, but somehow they couldn't find my stuff and tried to charge me for a new tire.
This place is terrible. Their customer service is awful. Mike the guy with glasses at the service center refused to print a warranty and did not even acknowledge that there was a problem. Never going back again. Ever.
The web site automatically chooses a store closest to you. We ordered from Yuma, AZ, the Website selected the closest store to be in Tucson and our order went to Phoenix. Now why would I want to drive to Phoenix if I have a Pep Boy store just a couple miles from me? Even when I attempted to remove the Tucson and Phoenix stores the web site insisted that they were the closest ones to me. Needless to say we're going to buy our parts from a competitor from now on.

I had my truck looked at on central and they said I needed ball joint tie rod ends had it looked at a alignment place there was nothing wrong with my front end. You guys wanted to charge me about 1400 to do the job. Had it alignment for 84.95.
