My son was told to drop his car off overnight so that it could get inspected the next morning, but when picking up his car it was damaged, and when we asked to see the video it shows a customer parking his car besides his and it appeared the customer hit his car causing the damage that they claim they wasn't liable for, but instead of trying to rectify the issue we was told to file a police report and send the police to their station because they don't think the video is 100% accurate. Showed up at 9am for my 9am appointment, the store doesn’t even open until 10am. They told me the hours were adjusted due to covid, which is perfectly fine, but they shouldn’t still allow a 9am appointment when no one will be there until 10am. The manager took zero ownership, never apologized, got an attitude with me several times, and told me to call corporate. I will never do business with Pep Boys again. Another woman showed up while I was waiting and they told her to get here at 9:30, so they are screwing up appointments... read more
they spent 4 hours "working" on my car and it broke again 20 minutes after leaving the shop.
everything takes forever to do people walk around very slow unmotivated and unorganized
They were very busy but worked me in quickly. A little pricey but it had to be done. Over all very satisfied
