went for a oil change, had coupon the guy behind the counter said that was a base start for an oil change.price was 81.00 not 48.00 that the coupon was for. then he tells me he has bad news. my oil plug is so tight he will probably strip it out and I could be looking at a 500. to 800. dollar. job. went to Firestone no problem with the bolt.
RecommendedLast Saturday took one of my Honda Pilot tire cause it was flat and there’s a hole.I didn’t made an appointment but they took care of my tire and patched it.Thanks for the great Service!!
SCAM ARTISTS went to get my A/C checked out and the guy said my hoses were leaking, I took it to two other places and neither of them said my hoses were leaking. Tried to charge me $1200 to fix my a/c. HONEST AUTO CARE is doing repairs for $700 and was one of the places who said my hoses didn’t need to be replaced. Tried to talk to the manager about it and he said what he saw on his screen is not what I was telling him... like come on. You have no idea what your employee said to me. Please go to Pep Boys! I had great customer service, and so patient with me on getting the correct parts. Way to go Yesenia! She knows her stuff!
As I sit in this location I type this as being the Worse experience ever! Do not trust your vehicle to this location. After paying a substantial amount for repairs the car was still returned to me with major issues. Called customer service to no help at all. How does the service manager & the store manager be off on the same day & leave the MOD WITHOUT BEING EMPOWERED TO MAKE DECISIONS. The integrity that I experienced here is beyond words.
