Horrible treatment. Came in with a coupon for oil change and tire rotation in the middle of the day. Coupon expired that day. Said they couldn’t get me in until the next day. Asked manager if coupon would be honored and was assured no problem. Well next day wouldn’t honor the coupon. I pitched a fit @and a couple people behind me left they then honored my coupon as they had said they would. Will never enter their condescending doors again.
Because I heard a heavy gentleman named Nunez yell at a customer while I was in the parking lot and as the customer left he kept talking bad about the customer. He obviously doesn’t appreciate business. I do not recommend this place at all.
They did a good job replacing a tire but totally broke my glove compartment. What's upsetting is that the bald man named Jesus did not own up to it and said, "we don't destroy cars here." Never going to that shop again.
Excellent service and friendly staff members. Got my flat tire fixed in a jiffy. Thanks guys
