First time i brought my car here for an oil change, they gave my car back saying my taillights were out - when they were 100% not. Told myself I’d never go back to a pep boys. Few years later figured why not just take it for a quick oil change. Only to get my car back with the entire skid plate hanging off. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from pep boys.
PEPBPOYS Damaged my truck have to sue them in Court $700 for some new tires. Long story, but the summary is they jacked up my truck from the cab and bent the pinch points and destroyed my rockers. about $4000. In damage. 2 weeks for corporate to return my call. Now I'm into 6 weeks, as they did not accept certified mail from the local small claims court. I have paid to serve them personally by the police. Pepboys warminster pa won't stand behind a stolen catalytic converter from their parking lot last night. I left my car for a tire repair and they want to charge me for a catalytic converter, O2 sensors, wiring harness. They say they have no liability. They and the Warminster town center strip mall offer no security. Share!!! Maybe they took it???? Police know about it. Be careful. Please share.
poor customer service. had vehicle damaged while in parking lot $1500+ in damages and store won't man up... apparently they have no security cameras on their store front.... 🤔. will NOT be using pepboys anymore.
Ask for Ed. He is honest, professional, and doesn’t cut corners. He does a great job and will make sure your vehicle is taken care of correctly the first time. He won’t recommend anything your vehicle doesn’t truly need and helps get the most life out of your tires and brakes. I will continue to come to him when I need my car serviced.

I went in and got my oil changed, on the paper I got back it says they rotated my tires. They never did.
I hit something in the street last night & got a flat tire .. went to Warminster Pep Boys, no mechanic on site at 7pm but made an appointment for 9am this morning.. get here, no record of my appointment & now it'll take 1.5 hours to change the tire. Guess my appointments for this morning will be rescheduled ...
