The lady with the glasses at the brookhaven location (19015) horrible horrible customer service! Please do better training your staff! I said good morning no reply, she did say Thankyou as she threw my merchandise on the counter. I said politely have a good day twice and she said yeah whatever rolling her eyes. Sheesh do y’all not love your customers? Don’t worry, I’ll never message or shop at this location ever!
RecommendedMy 16-year-old daughter (who has had her license only two months) had a flat tire on the Blue Route on Friday evening. A good Samaritan stopped and put her spare on for her. She called me and I looked up the closest Pep Boys and sent her there. They very quickly fixed the leak in the tire and put it back on for her -- for a total of $23. Thank you, gentlemen!
I’m not one to leave a bad review but the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Had the car for 6 hours and oil change was never done because they didn’t want to “waste their master technicians time on an oil change” this is after they called to say they could not do an inspection on a van that we scheduled in advance... if you know you can’t do a service why bother scheduling it and wasting everyone’s time? We had an appointment for both and the oil change should have been done at least, end of story.
Never again! Horrible customer service, no communication. A nightmare...
