I went in with an appointment to have a check engine light diagnosed, and when I mentioned that I was covered by a SilverRock Warranty, I was told that SilverRock was closed on Saturdays. I called SilverRock and was informed that they were, in fact, open, and that I should have no problems getting something covered. They lied to me, and I wouldn't trust them with anything any more.

the oil change was reasonable and quick I did make an appointment which help however the employee Bill who took my informations left my key unattended while I went out had to come back to get something out of the car and the key ws still there unattended and he was on the other side not even knowing I had picked ithem up. I had to tell him not good my car could have been stolen there be careful make sure next time you go to Pep Boys your keys are in an envelope with your receipt and safely put out of sight
I have never received such bad service in my life then at this location. The attitude and unwillingness to help the customer is just unbelievable. I will never again be coming back to this company for help.
Last Friday I blew a radiator hose in 90 degree heat in rush-hour traffic. They were the only location open later and managed to get me in and my problem solved without having to leave it and scramble for rides. Great job Johathan Campos and Mechanic Rocky Ponton. Thank you!
