I just called trying to get an inspection and a man answered and immediately put me on hold but then hung up. I called multiple times and the same thing happened. I would never do business with this company who doesn't have decent customer service.
If you are getting brakes here please dont! I had pads and rotors change and I have brought it back twice for a check up because of a noise is doing and this is the second time I brought in and was told that the third time I was going pay for inspection, so then what’s the warranty for ? I still have the problem and contacted corporate and made my report .
I was in and out in less than an hour. Jorge was great and went the extra mile to get me fixed up and on my way.
