Had an appointment and it's been over 2.5 hours and still not done with a simple oil change.
Needed break pads replaced, and 2 hours after my appointment had started my car hadn't been touched- not even the inspection had been started.
Twice I've been here to get my oil changed. It took over 3 hours both times. Even though I made an appt.
Brought my car in because I had trouble getting it started. Told them I felt it was more than the battery since the car has trouble even when idling, dropping into very low RPM. Figured fuel injector. They switched my battery and charged $150 and sent me on my way. When leaving work today, the car wouldn't start.
