I'm giving it a 2 because the guys working were super nice. But my husband made an apt for 11 ... He was getting just 2 tires replaced. He was there for almost 3 hours! That's a little ridiculous .. especially for 2 tires and there wasn't that many people getting stuff done. Well I had low pressure tire it was flat I pumped it up and needed to bring it in. They were busy when I got there said we can get you in at 10:30 ok. Told them I have to get to work. After everyone else left the waiting room they popped in and said what are you here for. I said flat tire and oil change. That was 11:34 am. Then said won't take long. So over this fucking place!!!! Don't ever come here. Made an appt. For 10am for an oil change...they tell me it's an hour wait with appt as well to give them till 12 to be on the safe side... come to pick up my car and of course not ready tell me oh your cars up there now about 15 more mins umm not girl my cars parked in the same spot as I left it! Oh hold it's gonna be about 30 mins more yours is next! The fuck can't even get cars right ugh -_-

If i could give 1/2 a star I would. Don't bother making appointments it's a joke. 9 am appointment for diagnostic for engine light. it's almost 1 and they still have yet to look at my truck. Waste of my damn day!!!!!
I called in today to ask a couple questions regarding an oil change. Jeff in the service department asked me to hold for a minute and I said sure. 9 minutes later he came back and apologized, and asked me to hold for 1 more minute while he finished up with a customer. He never came back. After sitting on hold for another 25 minutes (total of 34) I finally hung up and called back. No answer in the service department 3 times.
