Have been here for two hours! Made appointment and ordered tires online. Changed price of service from $289. To $435. Online bull to get you to drive here!!!😡
They ripped my bumper off driving over a speed hump. 😡
I needed a new tire after a blow out. They were polite and adequate. The service guy gave a price quote without seeing what my other 3 tires were and I had to suggest maybe he should see the other tires to make sure he was selling a comparable tire. It would have been a nice service touch if they had put the donut tire away for me, but they just threw it in the cargo area.
I had a appointment for tire replacement and alignment the guy wasn't there to do it ..so i only replace tires .. There lost
45 minutes for a Oil change they only put 4 quarts my car take 5 I took my car back and the service manager had a very nasty attitude
I cannot believe they wouldn't do my oil change! They said I had to change all my motor mounts or they wouldn't do the work. I am sooo mad I'm calling corporate! Charging me nearly $1000... I went across the street somewhere else and got my oil change without a problem!
