Last year I paid for a diagnostic and they told me to get new engine mounts on a 2015 Kia. I ordered the parts. Took the car to the dealer and they told me my engine mounts are fine with no signs of any kind of damage. Pepboys still charged me restocking fees when I canceled the order next day. The manager; Edgar is an awesome guy.. been going to him for over a decade... so when he moved from the 163rd store to Miami Lakes, I followed him to his new store.. Edgar is the kind of guy that goes the extra mile and can be totally trusted.. he is what gives Pep Boys a good reputation. I really wish the others were more like him.. but over all I have had nothing but good experiences with Pep Boys.

It took 2 hours for them to do a10 minute tie change. Half their mechanics were standing in the garage smoking cigarettes and talking the whole time! Ill never go there for any kind of automotive repairs or maintenance ever again.

My husband took my car in for service ..he was the first person in line when thry open. A guy at the service counter took another gentleman before my husband.. my husband asked the guy at the service counter didn't you see me standing here first, and the guy at Pep Boys behind the counter said to my husband he don't give a fuck.. and proceeded to help the other gentlemen.
