My friend was traveling alone last night and had a flat tire. She pulled up to this location 22 minutes before closing. As she approached the door, the receptionist ran and locked the door on her and shooed her away. 9am to 3:45pm for rotors to be turned? Disturbing to know a business functions and thrives on this kind of customer service.
Brought car in for what we thought would be $400-$500 worth of work. Went to pick it up and the total price was $0! Had to fix a loose wire or something but we were very impressed with their honesty - we wouldn't have known if they fixed anything or not. Very friendly and honest!! Thanks!!
Pep Boys to the rescue! After my car full of family high-centered on a manhole cover from hell near Bourbon Street New Orleans on a Sunday afternoon, Pep Boys of Slidell was the only store for miles willing to take a moment from their busy schedule to peak under my car to evaluate some leaking fluid. Within 10 minutes Rhonda, Felix, and Robert determined the fluid was nothing more than condensation from the A/C and had my family back on the road to finish our long trip home with the peace of mind we wouldn't end up breaking ... read more
