I wish I could give -200 stars. WORST shop ever. Went in to get new tires and they suckered me into getting new windshield wipers in which they left the plastic cover on and it scratched my entire windshield. I have spent HOURS trying to find a place to give me an estimate for a new one because a quote isn't enough for their insurance claim department. My son went here after being towed.He has a very old car, all wheel drive. They told him they couldn't sell him a tire, not even 2. It's their policy to only sell 4. On his own, 1st car, they ripped him off. Not only 4 tires but a wheel alignment , really!!! Very sad that they did this to make their commission. .
The Pepboys in Orange Ct is single handily the worst auto part experience in the area. A brand-new car battery was purchased from them, which died left a vehicle on the side of the road multiple times having to be towed home. Be charging system of the vehicle having brunch track and knowing to be good leaves the battery. It was brought back to them completely dead. Had an appointment for 11 for oil change/tires and brakes. Customer service was excellent. Service was on time and prompt. In and out in 40 minutes.
Pep boys is terrible in terms of customer relations. I ordered a product online and received a confirmation email stating that my order was ready for pick-up. However, when I arrived, I was told my order was cancelled and cannot be fulfilled because it was "too good of a deal." It would have been nice to know that my order was cancelled before I wasted my time and gas to drive and pick up something that wouldn't be fulfilled.
Very disappointed. Big sign says by appointment oil change 30 minutes an hour later oil change was done. And I had an appointment. Very nice people but don't believe their advertising! Orange ct Pep Boys
I came in for an oil change and brakes. Vinnie was honest and told me I didn't need brakes. I knew I need tires so he got me a great deal on tires and said that my money was better spent on tires at this time. They could have up sold me things I didn't need but they were great. I will be back for all my automotive needs!!!!
