They botched my brake job had to go back 2 days later for them to fix it and the very next day after that my car would not start. They totally ruined my vehicle
Henry at the tire center is awesome. He was so helpful and insisted that he carry my spare tire out to my truck for me. What a polite and stand-up guy!
NEVER go to Pep Boys. I got a simple oil change and they FORGOT to put the cap on. My car and the ground is drenched in oil and there's none in the motor. The inside of the hood looks burnt it's not acceptable. I called at noon and my tow truck isn't arriving until 3:00P and once I arrive they can't ensure I won't have to wait. I'll be changing my oil from now on.
don't take car to pep boy . the one on boston ave in bridgeport did work on my van that was not needed. I kept taking it back to them. once i complained to the main office they said they would fix the problem and go half on the price. why did they changethe gaskets if that was not the problem? with my second car they kept putting a defective ballbarren . dont take car there.
