Made an appointment at 10, dropped it off at 9:30. At 4:30 that oil change was not done. Last time coming here. And I was given an attitude by the person behind the counter when I asked why it took so long. Terrible professionalism

If someone schedules an appointment then their car should be in the garage at that time. 45 minutes after my appointment time and my car isn't even in yet.
RecommendedMy car suddenly had a very loud noise when I hit any bumps, it was disturbing enough that I stopped three times in less than five miles to see if I could find it. The dealer could not get me in for over a week, so I decided to try the local Pep Boys. They got me in that afternoon, had to order some parts (which got there in literally 20 minutes) and still had me on my way in less than two hours. I love going to Pep Boys in Seekonk Massachusetts. Yesterday I went for service and received extra. No charge for my parts only paying for the labor. The manager gave donations of sports equipment to children with disabilities. Thank you so much. We appreciate you guys.
Got new rear brakes at Seekonk Pep Boys on 3/15/16, took my Corolla to Toyota dealer on 5/3/16 and was told rear brakes were not replaced correctly, and the emergency brake line was not adjusted. Now I have to get new rear brakes again.
DO NOT USE PEP BOYS IN SEEKONK!!!!! I went in for a safety inspection they had my car for 8 hours charged me 2,100.00 dollars, $1,100.00 dollars of the bill was LABOR which is $137.50 an hour for a brake job, tire, tune up and coolant flush. they relaxed a bearing and bent the back plate which was then rubbing on the rotor. But worst of all I took the car to be inspected andI HAD A BROKEN SPRING THAT WAS BROKEN IN TWO PLACES WHICH COULD HAVE GONE THROUGH MY TIRE!!!! Not one word to me about that! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Why does it take 4 times for a simple tire installation, balance and alignment to be done??? And it still isn't correct on the 4th try...EPIC FAIL PEP BOYS!!!!!
