they was suppose to leave my keys in the car and didn't I have called over and over and gotten no answer!!! I have left messages with the manager and nothing. I have called customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. I needed my car to go back home since I don't live in ohio and I couldn't. My child's heart was broken because we couldn't go home to see his dad before he left!!!! this is the worst company!!!
Because we were stuck there for 2 1/4 hours for a new battery. When we arrived the service person said it would be less than an hour. 2 other customers waiting for batteries, one longer than us. He had to come back because they put in the wrong battery. Terrible service blatant dishonesty
RecommendedSpecial thank you to George!! Today I came in needing a new car battery. The service department was too busy but George offered to replace the battery in the parking lot and was beyond helpful!!!
The ppl at the store dont know how to order stuff on there computers. Customer service says if you want it go on like and order it. Pep boys customer service is less than adequate ad the make you feel like you don't matter. I went to AutoZone and not only did they help me find a product that I needed. They ordered it and told me they would have it in the store in two days. Boys just said well I guess just go find it somewhere else
I would give them a -5 if i could there service was fast but was very un professional i went into the store with two tires bought from online that i wanted rimed up and balanced and put on my front tires during winter expecting snow the next day but due to there stupid policy they put them on the back and the back without even asking me i called to complain after i got home and noticed the tires and they said its a safety hazard to prevent hydroplaning total bs its a bigger safety issues for braking most of your braking is d... read more
We bought 4 new tires from this store. Less than a month later, one of the tires blew. They told us it was covered under the warranty. When we went to pick it up, they charged us an additional $53 "for labor". TERRIBLE customer service and a total scam! NEVER going there again!
I may change my rating based on the outcome of my customer complaint case but,at the moment, I am appalled. A 100% mark up on their parts for a car repair performed their own shop? Outrageous! The response from management that " Mechanics make good money" doesn't hold water. That's why I pay a labor charge!
