Do not deal with this pep boys. they are thieves and rude. Do not leave anything in your vehicle including sunglasses as they will steal it. If you have a complaint go straight to David Stern, CFO of Pep boys. You call the store and they will deny it.
Could have been better had to wait forever then take it back for an odd noise. Turned out they stacked the weights on the rear wheel and it was hitting.
