Arrived early for appointment. Oil Change, fuel filters, and tire rotation and 3 hours later still waiting. They truly have no pep in there step here.
6.5 hours to fix a flat tire. Never going back to the Pep Boys on Walzem in San Antonio ever.

They need to improve customer service it has gone down hill lately it like they don't care if you are there or not to get your car serviced this is not good for return business
They go the extra mile to ensure you never return to their store again. It's like they don't even need your money to stay open for business. Worst customer service ever!
