came in at 11 for oil change and rotors. been here for 4 hours! I work third shift, I am tired and hungry and need to go.

My son had new tires put on today and they gave me the car back with the tires all dirty and that sealant on his rims Terrible service
They charge for estimates to “look” at your car even though you tell them what you need fixed.
RecommendedBrooks helped me today. Terrific customer service, and pretty speedy, too. I've used this location for years.
I went to Costco because I am a member there and executive member and they said they couldn't change my tires because of the Lugnuts well needless to say Pep Boys sure could so that goes to show how professional Pep Boys are thank you for the great experience and the tires ride smooth definitely would recommend the store
Didn’t check filters, didn’t add mileage checker for next oil change. Acted lazy & wasn’t professional. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pepboys. Front desk to the service center horrible experience as well. Will not be coming back.
the staff were very friendly. I wish the battery was cheaper. They were understaffed in the garage. Do you think the fix me up pretty quick. I was in and out in 37 minutes
