In December i took my vehicle in for brake pads and rotors, I get home and the bolt had fallen out of my caliper making it very unsafe during a ice storm. They failed to tighten the bolt, I took it in the next morning they couldn't get the bolt until the following day so I made 2 unnecessary trips and no discount due to me going out of my way and spending extra time/money in fuel. I would strongly recommend no one getting any work done there.
This Pep Boys has had some changes in management and employment and it has made a huge difference. Their Master Tech really knows what he is doing!
Terrible customer service when you go in for warranty work on a tire and you get your key thrown back at you....don't waste your money on a warranty that doesn't fully cover you and terrible customer service!
