Online scheduling is a joke!! 4 hours for an oil change?!? Pep boys will not get my business ANYMORE!!
Really impressed with this location. Originally drove from Duncan to the Walker location and was met by management with an attitude. Was sent to this location and what a profound difference. Was greeted by Tylor Bean. He was the nicest guy! I was only there for a brake inspection and he got me in promptly. Will definitely take the drive to this location again.
My family will never use them again! What started out as an oil change turned into a $900 bill. They found an oil leak and were authorized to fix it by replacing a gasket but when we went to picked it up they had replaced 2 gaskets and our bill was over $900. They offered a "discount" but we still paid over $700 in the end. You would think a phone call would have been in order at the very least!
