Mike had gone way above what he was suppose to do for the repairs on our Suburban. He did a really great job and my wife and I are planning on having him do even more work on our Suburban. We already spent over $1,000.00 on the repairs today and we plan on spending another $1,000.00 for tires as well within the next 2 weeks. It is a real honor to have him doing the work on our truck. I went to Pep boys and had over $1.200.00 worth of work completed on my 2008 Chevy Suburban and we received the very best service from Mike and he made sure everything was completed the way it was suppose to be done and he even went above and beyond the work that was to be done and he added the extra work to the repairs and he did not charge us any extra money for the extra repairs. He was really great and he went above what was to be done. I will always have him to do any and all repairs to my Suburban.
Mike was really great with my husband and I. He was very honest and worked with us to make sure that the work we needed was completed correctly and he took the time to explain to me how and why the work needed to be done. I know that we are going to be returning to get the other repairs done on our Suburban and we will not deal with anyone else. He is better than the best!!!
My wife and I went to PepBoys and spoken with Mike and he was really great to deal with and he treated us as family!! He was really great and we look forward to working with him again really soon. He was the very best and he made sure that we can afford the repairs and plus he is working with us on the other repairs we have to do to our Suburban. I cannot say how happy we are with the service we received.
I went to Pep boys to replace an O2 sensor and I recieve excellent service!! The manager Mike was GREAT 👍!!
