Horrible experience. Booked a appointment for oil change. Expected time 4 hours. I had to reschedule the first time due to how long it was going to take for the oil change. Manager was mad telling me that he is under staff and he had to let go of another guy I honestly dont care thats there problem i go to do my service and thats it. Manager told me that if I ever needed another oil change in 15 minutes to go to jiffy lube or any other place.
