This is an awful location with customer service that is sub-par. Made an appointment for an oil change at 4:00pm—at 5:30pm, car was still sitting in the parking lot untouched after I had asked the customer service personnel TWICE regarding the length of my stay. Customer service was disinterested, unkind, and disrespectful. I have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes for an oil change to begin in my life. 75 minutes after "appointment" time and car still hasn't been touched. I understand things can take longer than predicted, but at least give a bloody time frame. Next time I'll just get the tools and do it my self.
That manager name RAJA is very rude and they also lied to me...they didn't want to let me in...I was the only one in there..I came in there at 7:31 and left at 9:30...for a simple oil change.....if I was setting for being upset..why did he not charge me..

I went about 1 pm didn't leave u til 5 the wait was to long but I'm glad I got my oil change with my coupon
