I had a tire change appt today at 8:00 am but I came in late around 8:40 am due to facemask that I needed so I went back to my house driving another 8 miles from Story Rd, San Jose just to get my facemask. When I drove back to the store, the customer service lady told me that my appointment was already canceled due to late arrival and she said that I have to wait between 7 0r 8 hrs if they replace 1 tire and that’s ridiculous!. RecommendedNice people to work with. they just didn't told me what they saw in car that needs to fix or work on. the lady just give me my receipt and keys after I made the payment without telling me if my car needs something.but overall the service was great.
Friendly and courteous staff. Free coffee and a nice waiting lounge with TV is also a nice touch
Horrible customer service! Won’t ever return!!!!
You guys can go to fucking hell. What the use of making an appointment if you have to wait 4+ fucking hours????
