Worst experience ever . Gave them a chance to do some ac work and they failed , lied and misled in every way . Just remember the name Roy and be cautious of him.
Car care / service department is horrible and very Unprofessional, I do not recommend taking any car to them. Parts department and everything else Pepboys offered was good have no complaints there.
Had an isuue with my a/c blowing in floor mode only. The assigned tech fixed the issue,but while testing for vac leak,damaged vac canister,so he just bypassed it & didn't tell anyone. I contacted store mngr,Rudy. He not only ordered replacement parts OVERNIGHT from WI,he refunded me my original labor fee,& labor fee to replace parts! THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
