I went for an oil change and when they pull my truck in , one of the tire pop and they replace for free that nice of them
I scheduled an appointment and a manager set the appointment for me. The next day I showed up and was asked to reschedule bc they were triple booked. Sent me to Lincoln hwy store and those people actually seem to have their crap together. Lincoln hwy store got me in and out in under 45 minutes. It's extremely inconvenient when you set an appointment to be told that you need to reschedule. The customer service was really crappy. I think that store needs an over haul in staff
The manager and peeps who work here obviously do not enjoy their job. All need customer service training. They don't even listen to your concern. Very disappointing experience, the will never see me again. 1st impressions last a life time! The end.
I have had good experiences with this establishment. Lots of parts and always got a good deal on the tires.
I needed to replace a tire in a hurry. Called another place and was on hold for 20 minutes. These guys answered, had my tires in stock, and when I got there they were able to take my car right away and get me back on the road quickly. Friendly and helpful.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Avoid this Pep Boys as it will end up costing you. I called ahead with an Internet coupon offer and was told it would be honored. At the counter they refused to honor it and that cost me around $60 extra. After my car was in the garage, but no work had been started the power went out. Instead of anyone asking me if I had time to wait until it came back on, they took all the tires off my car and removed them from the rims very fast (the only thing fast there). Worst service every,Will never take any vehicle there again.I had to contact them after 5 hours to find out what was going on with my vehicle.After another 4 hours I could pick up my vehicle but inspection wasn't done I would have to come back another day!!
After being told it is routine and normal to take an hour and a half to change the oil and rotate the tires and a broken lug nut shaft... this was my first and last experience. If it were not for the fact I had to go to work and am leaving first thing in the morning, I would have changed the oil myself and rotated the tires faster with a scissor jake... Highly unsatisfied
