Ed the manager is absolutely rude. When I asked for a copy of a "policy" he claimed he didn't have one. DO NOT GO HERE! TERRIBLE customer service! I will be reaching out to corporate to find out why I was sold "dicontinued tires" in the first place.
brought my truck to get tune up and oil change took 6 hours to get it done never called me when it was Finished after I called about it.
they tried to replace a fuel pump for over 800 dollars after a doing a "full diagnostics" on my 2004 dodge durango... I took their word for it and bought a fuel pump myself and replaced it only to find out it wasn't the fuel pump but a broken wire witch cause no power to the wiring harness causing the fuel pump not to work... they should have caught this in the diagnostics so I called in and they wont refund me the money. They are the type of people to try and nickel and dime you over a 5 dollar fix tried to charge me over 8... read more

Stop to get a tire plugged that had pick up a screw. Finished it in 20 minutes and then said no charge. WOW! I'll be back. Thank you.
Does it usually take an hour and a half for a routine oil change and tire rotation? Your sign says express and your customer service reps said this takes between half an hour to 45 minutes. I came here once more before because my car broke down on a Saturday (while I was moving apartments...) and this was the only place open to take my car on a Sunday. They never contacted me to give an update about what the problem was or gave me a time estimate about when it would be done. I probably called them 4 times that day to ask for... read more
Scheduled an appointment on line. Went in the next day on Labor day. Needed new brakes and rotors on the rear. They were done in about an hour and a half (like they said). No issues any where. Will return to this store again.
