This particular one has awesome staff. I popped in this morning due to a low-tire pressure light that came on. One of the mechanics came out & checked all 4 tires without making me wait.
Great service. I got a flat tire again and towing truck sent me here in Pep Boys. They changed my tires and found "strut" problems, which the other two stores didn‘t detect and caused my tires worn out two times in 7 months. I love Pep Boys service and will go back again.
Great fast and efficient service
Had my brakes, rotors and alignment done. Car seems to be ok, however, i was quotes brakes for 18 mons / 18k miles and in the end they did brakes for 12m/12k miles and didn't tell me. If i would have known this I wouldn't have had this done.
