i went there at 610 pm today to look at a possible leak in a tire. they even said it probably only needed air cause weather. probably all it was. 645 rolls around and still havent even looked at my truck. then they also locked someone elses keys in their car. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

went in to the pep boys at 928 west spring creek parkway in plano texas.get a price on tires. was waiting Jeremy skipped me to wait on a woman so i just left. called to find out he was the assistant manager. told me he was only there to find girls to have sex with. then told me to calm down when i got upset by this. he then asked me if i was on my period.(as in the time of the month for girls.) this is unprofessional and inappropriate for any time. do not go they have a sexual predator working for them.

So I'm at my regular mechanic to see what these guys did to my car. I went in with my lights working then they call me and say I have 8 lights out. When I arrived 5 were out... which weren't out when I arrived. Second even if they did some how went out after bringing it there they told me 8 over the phone and it was only 5. They also said I had a big oil leak which isn't true. I had a very small oil leak. Also my car made a really crazy noise I've never heard as the guy was pulling my car out. They screwed up my wheel lock nuts with an impact wrench when I got new tires here, and my 5qt of Valvoline oil and oil filter apparently don't quality for the mail-in rebate on 5qt of Valvoline oil and oil filter. Oh well, Firestone is closer anyway.
Need more workers I had wait 2 to 3 hours juat to get my tires rotated and I was told I needed repairs well I can say I'll go get 2nd person option on that and 2nd discount tire offers free water coffee yal need to have those two fridge filled up if we have to wait another customer was mad too water coffee needs to be in that waiting area next time I need new tires I'll go discount tire I won't be going back until I get my tires rotated fill fridge up and get coffe pot all I can say I was dying of thirst need more help along... read more
Great customer service, both in retail and the service department. Tyler was absolutely a delight to deal with. Can't remember the name of the young man in the service department that put my windshield wipers on, but he was great also. Would definitely recommend this Pep Boys for their great customer service.
THEY ILLEGALLY SEIZED MY VEHICLE AND LIED TO THE POLICE ABOUT IT BECAUSE I COULDN'T AFFORD THEIR EXORBITANT PRICES! BRAKES PLUS HOOKED US UP FOR HALF THE COST AND NO ILLEGAL SEIZURES!
Usually they do pretty good but this time they missed my appointment time by an hour and then it took and hour and a half just to get a state inspection.
