I ordered my tires online, made an appointment and got there today and they don’t have the tires I want.
Took my Jeep in for my regular oil change and tire rotation. Took 3 hours. Evidently, the last time I was there they cross threaded a lug nut and one was so loose, they removed it by hand. They had to destroy my wheel to get it off. They did replace it. I had them check a coolant leak. They said it was the water pump, and quoted $500. Pointed to my serpentine calling it the timing belt. Said the water pump was inside the housing and it's and external water pump. Bought 4 tires for my challenger.brittany made the whole process go smoothly.i watched and the mechanic even used a torque wrench on my lug nuts.the whole colrain ave team did a great job.thanks guys!!!!
They were professional and did not try to overcharge me or have me pay for unnecessary parts and services. I would trust them with my car again.
The idiots at this store told my pregnant friend that she needed to get more muscles rather than exchanging a locking gas cap that was clearly defective. It took the clown at the store 10 minutes to get it off and blamed it on 'suction.' Word up don't shop here since they don't give a crap about customer satisfaction once they pocket your money!
