I had not been to a Pep Boys in 20+ years when I was the first car in (for struts) and they were locking up that night with my car still on the lift and me in the waiting room. This Pep Boys was recommended by a shop that sold tires but did not do alignments. I have more than 70,000 miles on a set of tires rated for 70K and have many more to go on these. Also, after dropping the car off for alignment and oil change, the manager called to say I didn't need the oil changed. Honesty, rare. I'll be back when I do need it changed

Very helpful and efficient
You wouldn’t know this was part of a national chain. The people there run it like your friendly neighborhood car shop. They are kind and personable and helpful. Not trying to scam you or take your money unnecessarily. Took care of my car quickly and got me on my way after an unexpected event on a Friday evening. Jeff at the front desk was great! Will definitely be back.
