I had a great experience on a Sunday! Jeff was so helpful and knowledgeable. No wait, no surprises. The car was ready sooner than expected. Very pleased!
Making the appointment online was so easy. When I walked in I was greeted and everyone was so friendly. They quoted me a price and time frame for the service and both were spot on! It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and these guys totally are. I will always be a customer!

I had a fantastic experience at Pep Boys! I came in for a tire patch and everything was quick and easy. I called on my way in, and Jeff had a spot ready for me as soon as I walked through the door—such great service! He was absolutely incredible—super helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Andro was great too—friendly and professional. I really appreciated the excellent customer service from both of them. Highly recommend this location!
