GOOD QUICK SERVICE, HAD AN OIL CHANGE, BUT ENDED WITH A FLAT TIRE, BE CAREFUL DRIVING AROUND THERE
Worst experience I’ve ever had. Car was either improperly diagnosed or improperly repaired. No reason I have to pay thousands of dollars for my car tonight have the same exact problem. Said they test drove and the car runs the same and sounds the same, not sure how a master mechanic couldn’t realize there’s still something wrong with the car before charging me and letting me drive off lot.
Oil change done promptly. Staff was friendly and courteous
I was told on monday you guys are busy, so I made an appointment for noon on wednesday..... For a simple light bulb by headlight issue.... the man who greeted me sounded like he didn't want my business that he was busy?He was two hours behind. I reminded I have a noon appointment and it didn't matter. He was very busy and didn't have anybody to do anything for a couple hours. WowI can't believe you guys are still in business.The way you treated me. Say no to pep boys
