As a young woman, one of the first things I am concerned about when getting my car serviced is being treated well and not being scammed. I have had some questionable treatment by other mechanics and dealerships in the past - but this Pep Boys has always given me phenomenal service. I was not impressed with service here AT ALL. Bill, the manager, was extremely rude and dismissive of concerns. Not only saw this with my situation but with others as well. I had to bring the car into the shop multiple times for them to NOT even fix the problem. Continuously misdiagnosed the issue with our car. Then now asking for additional money for an issue they never fixed. Crazy!
I love this place. We have come here for years for our cars and they always do great work!
Pep Boys is right down the street from my house in Lawrenceville. I had 4 tires rims/tires removed and had 4 rims/tires mounted/balanced/ installed. I had an appointment at 830 am and left at 1042 am. Overall price was 105.60 for everything.
