They were very fast on fixing my truck and that helps when you own a business and need your truck back on the road.
Was supposed to be here for only 2 hours turned into a leave and come back came back still wasn’t done had my car the hole day for a 2 hour job idk if it’s a race thing or they are just unorganized and trying to crunch all these cars in the same day but that isn’t the answer and they wondering why ppl keep coming back having the same problem over and over
Pep Boys on Rosedale hwy is the only place I will come to get any work done on my cars. There office staff is super awesome and always going the extra mile to make sure that my vehicles are taken care of. Popped a tire, checked online and saw that they had the tires in stock, and had the tow truck take me there. As we were unloading, a tech came out and said that even though it might have said they have the tires online, he checked and confirmed they don't have them before the tow truck driver was able to unload the car. He sent us down the road to a different shop that did have the tires. You can't beat an honest shop that saves you time. For non-tire related things, I would bring my car back here in a heartbeat.
