I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at the South Broad Street Pep Boys. I purchased four brand new tires from them. Less than three weeks later, one was already flat, despite barely driving my car. I brought the car back and was told I’d get a call in a few hours. Unprofessional service text walking in and out cursing.While I'm sitting in there, bathroom is filthy. Will not be returning for service there
Scheduled my appointment dropped my car off. I was told 90 mins. Returned 10 mins before close (2.5+hrs after drop off) only to find my car was never even started. Totally fine to fall behind, but zero communication regarding this. I could have gone elsewhere to have the oil changed.
