The technicians are usually helpful, informative, and work with me to ensure fair pricing. However, today was disappointing. Quick and great price Audi dealer. Audi wanted $1,250 in labor to replace CV boot clips plus parts and Pep Boys charged $175 in labor. Will never go to dealer again.
