I ordered tire online to be sent to the Simmons store, Upon arrival we discovered that 3 tires were 2021 production and 1 was 2020.The Female manager of the store was super nice and helpful and did what t she could to help me but I had to take them due to a tire ready to blow out. I have contacted corp about the online ad not disclosing the tires being very old stock and am waiting for a response . Again Local store was great , thank you.

I had to leave a review because I came here for the first time today, a little bit panicked because it’s a Sunday and this was my third Auto place in a row and I was getting desperate because my brakes were having an issue and I was getting really nervous. This Pep Boys location is the best, I had an amazing experience here. Dirce was amazing 10/10, at helping me with my car troubles, I was very nervous about my car and she was able to help me stay calm, very polite and professional, answered any questions I had and went above and beyond to help me. If you ever come to this location ask for Dirce she’s amazing and will help you in the best way she can.
