UPDATE: Editing my original review because we had a MUCH different experience the second time, a month later. We came to get new tires with their "Buy 2 Get 2 Free" Black Friday special. We called ahead by a couple days, and the guy on the phone insisted he would give us a great deal on some other maintenance we needed... but on the day of service, our final cost was DOUBLE the estimate, upon review, we realized they charged us for warantees that we DID NOT agree to, and one of the new tires was FLAT the following morning. I took my ford escape in on 11/30/25 at 9AM for repair. They quoted me $1200 for a tune up service but that wasn't what was wrong with the vehicle. Then they quoted me $680 but couldn't guarantee it would fix the issue. The gentlemen that was helping me was totally clueless, said he wasn't a mechanic. I took my vehicle somewhere else. These pep boys don't have real mechanics. Just good for oil changes and tires.
Bates and the young guy was great, they explained everything to me.

What a great experience! Andre and Jason were so friendly and the service was fast! They listened to me and told me everything I needed to know. It was less expensive than I expected as well. Ill be back for my oil changes and maintenance every time.
